Hi! My name is Amit Jethani and I’m one of the co-founders of Mantle in Toronto 🇨🇦
At Mantle, we believe that founders carry a lot of mental weight when it comes to managing the most important resource in their company: their equity. Equity is often managed manually via email, spreadsheets, or texts. To solve this, we are building Mantle: a modern platform for founders, powered by AI.
Previously, I headed up the Core Services vertical at Autonomic, where our goal was to build a connected vehicle platform for automotive OEMs. Core Services encapsulates four product teams owning and operating essential microservices that are heavily relied upon by others. Prior to my role change, I was the Product Manager for the Inventory Team where my focus was on building APIs that allow clients to seamlessly onboard connectivity devices and vehicles. Autonomic was acquired by Ford Motor Company in 2018.
My product management experience matured at:
- Top Hat, where I was the product manager for the mobile team responsible for both the professor and the student experiences.
- Pivotal Labs, where I helped large corporate clients across loyalty programs, banking, and automotive sectors.
- Ruby Life (formerly Avid Life Media), where I oversaw all web properties on desktop & mobile including Ashley Madison, Cougar Life, and Established Men.
In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, keeping up with tech news, and crushing through video games. I obsess over the best ways to brew coffee (favourites: espresso with WDT or the Aeropress). I’m slowly building up a collection of mechanical keyboards and colour grading overproduced dog videos.
Academically, I’ve got a dual background in Engineering (Mechatronics at Waterloo) and Business (MBA at Ivey Business School).
